December Events

Here is a summary of the band events occuring in the month of December:

Tuesday, Dec. 2 - concert and symphonic band rehearsal, 2:00 - 3:30

Wednesday, Dec. 3 - concert and symphonic band rehearsal, 2:00 - 3:30

Sunday, Dec. 7 - jazz band at Chesterfield Towne Center food court, 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Monday, Dec. 8 - dress rehearsal for concert right after school, then we'll feed the kids dinner, they'll change into their concert attire, and the concert starts at 7:00 PM. Cost is $5.

Tuesday, Dec. 9 - pep band 6:45 - 9:15 PM

Wednesday, Dec. 10 - holiday assemblies during the school day - kids need to bring their concert attire with them to school

Friday, Dec. 12 - pep band 6:45 - 9:15 PM

Saturday, Dec. 13 - all-district band auditions

Monday, Dec. 15 - band fundraiser at Cheeburger Cheeburger; jazz band performance at Our Lady of Hope Health Center

Tuesday, Dec. 16 - jazz band performance at St. Joseph's Home

As usual, the holiday concert and assemblies will count as the kids' exams. School rules do require them to be in class for their scheduled exam time.

Spring Trip to Disney World

Well, the Disney trip is a go! We are happy to report that we have 84 students and 10 chaperones signed up to participate! J

Here is the payment schedule for the remaining three payments:
Second payment: $142 due no later than Wednesday, November 26
Third payment: $142 due no later than Friday, January 16
Final payment: $141 due no later than Friday, February 20

To our 10 adult chaperones – we will let you know the adjusted trip price after it is determined. Please plan to pay the $142 second payment in November.
